A direct conversation

Start with a conversation.

You do not need a finished brief. Almost nobody has one, and when they do it is usually solving the wrong problem.

If what you can say today is «my site is old», «I do not have one yet», «people do not understand what we do» or «visitors come but nobody writes», that is enough to start.

Daniel Sanabria

Founder, DSEO Marketing

Both reach the same person. No form, no inbox in between.

What helps us to know

This is not a questionnaire and you do not have to answer all of it. These are the three things that make the first reply useful instead of generic.

  1. What you do and for whomIn one sentence, the way you would explain it to a neighbour. If it is hard to say in one sentence, we have already found half the problem.
  2. What you have todayA link to your site if you have one, or where you are now: social profiles, a Google listing, nothing yet. It all works as a starting point.
  3. What is not workingThe specific part that bothers you. You do not need to know why it fails; that is what we are for.

What happens next

Daniel reads it. There is no form dropping into a shared inbox and no salesperson translating what you said before it reaches whoever will do the work.

We tell you what we would do and in what order. If there is something you can fix yourself without hiring anyone, we tell you that too, because losing an hour explaining it costs less than losing a client by selling something they did not need.

And if your case does not fit what we do, we will say so and save us both the time.

By WhatsApp or by phone

Both go to the same place and neither passes through an intermediary.

WhatsApp works better to begin: you can send your site link, a screenshot of what you do not like, or a voice note explaining the mess, and it all stays in one conversation.

The phone works better when there is something concrete to decide and you need to go back and forth quickly.

The person behind the work

Daniel Sanabria.
